In general, the Spectrum image seems to have more noise or compression artifacts on the cable boxes vs. With the Spectrum cable boxes, text graphics have some shifting noise or blockiness, for lack of a better description. We have 3 different cable box models and they all have what appears to be video compression artifacts that I don’t observe with Spectrum on Roku. I’ve noticed that Spectrum TV via streaming on Roku (new Ultra model connected with ethernet cable) has better image quality vs. I Googled this topic and could not find anything relevant.
